With local professionals and a brand new location, there has been a lot of buzz surrounding our most recent feature business. Today we delve a little bit deeper. Economic Development is excited to show off our May feature business – Beechinor Chiropractic Clinic.
Beechinor Chiropractic Clinic is a healthcare office offering massage, custom fit orthotics, and chiropractic care with a focus on full body wellness. The clinic has been in business in Eston for the past 5 years, most recently moving into their newly renovated building on Railway. The atmosphere in the office is peaceful and serene, and matches the gentle, caring service patients receive there.
The clinic is the brainchild of local Eston resident, Dr. Marsha Beechinor. Marsha was raised in Eston and is well known to the community. She has had a passion for healthcare since she was a child, and knew that she would work in that field from a young age. At the age of ten, Marsha had firsthand experience with chiropractic care – particularly the activator method, which she uses in her practice. A family member had chronic health concerns, and had gone through many, many types of treatment before coming across a Chiropractor who utilized the activator method. After a few treatments, there was a marked improvement and Marsha’s entire family began receiving Chiropractic care.The only drawback to this care was that it was 4 hours away in Alberta, making it more of a challenge to seek treatment. It was around this time that Marsha became drawn to chiropractic medicine, and the more she learned the more she realized that the values of chiropractic care mirrored her own. Natural, full body wellness was something that she wanted to provide to her patients.
Family and community are very evident in the values of Beechinor Chiropractic Clinic. A familiar face to all patients is Shirley Japp, who is not only Beechinor’s office support staff but also her mother. In our interview, Marsha explained that Shirley started just as a casual help, when patient demand became too much for one person to handle. Over the years Shirley’s caring nature has become invaluable and Marsha shared how proud she is to have her Mom represent the face of her business. Beyond Shirley, Beechinor Chiropractic Clinic is also proud to provide services from Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) Lisa Watson and Kaley Pederson. Shelby Robinson rounds out the staff as additional front end support, and together this team is committed to providing excellent care to their patients.
The future for Beechinor Chiropractic Clinic is so bright, and we are so proud to have their service right here in Eston. Marsha continued to express the importance of taking the time with each of her patients to allow for the absolute highest standard of care. Her patients are her priority?, and has a varied schedule to accommodate them as much as possible, including some early mornings and evenings. Looking towards the future, Marsha shared her drive towards continuing her education and networking with other chiropractic professionals to consistently provide the most modern and effective patient care.
