Early Childhood Educator – Nurture & Grow Childcare Centre

Nurture & Grow Childcare Centre is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in care.
• Support children's development through play-based learning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Observe and document children's progress and development.
• Follow all childcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Early Childhood Education certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
