Lot Pricing and Development Guidelines

Residential lot prices in the Town of Eston are typically based on frontage:

  • $200 per front foot – New developments

  • $100 per front foot – Infill lots

  • $50 per front foot – Trailer lots and areas where there are no plans for paving

For irregular-shaped lots, pricing is based on total area.

If a house was previously demolished at the Town's expense, an additional fee of $3,000 will be added to the purchase price.

Development Requirement:
Buyers must begin development on the lot within 3 years of purchase.
