Building and Development Permits

Please download this form and fill it out, returning it to the rm office, either by dropping it off or scanning and emailing it to rm259@sasktel.net.  The Zoning Bylaw is concerned that the USE is consistent with the zoning bylaw, and that there is proper set backs (distances from) front, side, rear yards; other buildings or utilities that may require access.

Building Permits

The RM of Snipe Lake uses MuniCode as our Building inspectors.  

Please download the linked form and fill it out, returning it to the rm office, either by dropping it off or scanning and emailing it to rm259@sasktel.net.  The Building Permit requires compliance with the National Building Code of Canada.  Commercial, Residential or Agricultural Buildings that will be occupied by human beings (sleeping quarters) require approved building permits prior to construction starting
